Michelle joined Catalyst in 2010, and is responsible for leading all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research projects that enable our teams to generate consumer and brand insights and leverage them into actionable communication strategies.
Michelle has 13 years of experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing research for both the public and private sector and most recently was a Director at Mediacom Insights. Prior to Mediacom, Michelle was the Research Director for Cosmopolitan where she worked on overall marketing strategies, competitive analysis and developed marketing materials for the sales staff. Additionally, she managed Cosmo's proprietary reader panel and designed and executed custom research studies for clients such as P&G, Unilever, J&J, L’Oreal, Old Navy, Kelloggs, Kraft and Kao.
