The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Must have a proven successful track record in developing every phase of program development (strategy, creative and tactical implementation).
• Excellent writing skills a must, need to be able to crisply articulate concepts.
• Documented success facilitating creative sessions.
• Engaging presenter who has successfully played a key role in new business or client presentations.
• Ability to conceptualize and turn a seed of an idea into a fully integrated, successful program concept.
• PR agency experience working with consumer brands.
• Must have working knowledge of existing and emerging trends in sports, style, music, media/entertainment, youth and pop culture.
• Demonstrated experience in working under and meeting deadlines.
